By accessing or using the MA Accounting Solutions website (https://maaccountingsolutions.com) and platform (erp.maaccountingsolutions.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MA Accounting Solutions provides a cloud-based, multi-tenant accounting platform. The service includes chart of accounts management, double-entry journal processing, general ledger, reporting, and related accounting features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The MA Accounting Solutions platform, website, branding, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your accounting data. We claim no ownership over your financial data.

6. Limitation of Liability

MA Accounting Solutions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours with advance notice when possible.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
